Sleepers, the grotesque inhabitants of The Complex, remain dormant until disturbed by light, noise, or vibrations. Once alerted, they swarm as a unified threat. Teams must rely on stealth to avoid waking these creatures, but when detection occurs, heavy weaponry and kill zones become essential for survival.

Completing expeditions and Rundowns grants cosmetic gear, allowing players to showcase their achievements. These rewards emphasize progression and provide visual proof of your team’s ability to endure GTFO’s punishing challenges.
