Product Feed Requirements
To ensure accurate and timely price data, we require partner stores to provide a live product feed. We do not rely on manual scraping for partner stores — feed-based integration is faster, more reliable, and ensures your pricing is always correctly displayed.
Our team will help you set up the feed, but here are the general requirements:
- Format: XML (preferred), CSV, or TXT.
- Update frequency: as often as possible; real-time is preferred.
- Product URL: a direct link to each product page on your store.
- Current price: in your local currency.
- Product ID / Merchant Reference (mandatory): a unique, stable identifier per product. Never change or re-use it for different products.
- Product designation (mandatory): full details including activation platform, supported languages, and region restrictions. This ensures we match the correct edition and region.
- Stock status: whether the product is in stock.
- EAN-13 / GTIN-13 (highly recommended): the product's 13-digit barcode. This allows us to index and match your prices faster and with greater accuracy.
- Product format: digital or physical.
- Shipping cost (recommended): the delivery cost, and whether the total price is inclusive or exclusive of taxes.
